Dartmoor Preservation Association

The Dartmoor Preservation Association, or DPA, was founded in 1883. It is a charity,[1] which provides an independent viewpoint on the current issues affecting Dartmoor and performs valuable conservation work on archaeological sites. It opposes damaging military training in the Dartmoor National Park, and seeks to preserve and increase public access to the Moor.
